It is so important to have a good rapport with your Realtor. My consultations are about 45 minutes long and within that amount of time, you will learn and obtain a few important things about qualifying for a home. You will learn about what areas you are able to buy in. You will have a letter of pre-approval from a major lending institution and a work out sheet detailing the estimated costs (closing cost) in purchasing a property. Before you walk out of my office, you will know your principal, interests, taxes, insurance, and MIP, if needed.

Negotiating is my expertise when it comes to real estate contracts, general contractors, appraisal reviews, lending institution fees and escrow and title fees. I received my real estate salesperson license in October of 1987 and my broker license in March of 1995. Alfred T. Jeffrey Realty was started on August 14, 1996. I am commissioned by the State of California as a Notary Public since 1999. I use most of the notary fees to buy can goods and donate them to local food banks.
