It is so important to have a good rapport with your Realtor. My consultations are about 45 minutes long and within that amount of time, you will learn and obtain a few important things about qualifying for a home. You will learn about what areas you are able to buy in. You will have a letter of pre-approval from a major lending institution and a work out sheet detailing the estimated costs (closing cost) in purchasing a property. Before you walk out of my office, you will know your principal, interests, taxes, insurance, and MIP, if needed.

Finding the right home is one of the most exciting part of the real estate process for clients. What street would you like to live on? I received my real estate salesperson license in October of 1987 and my broker license in March of 1995. Alfred T. Jeffrey Realty was started on August 14, 1996.  I am commissioned by the State of California as a Notary Public since 1999.
